About the role

What You will Be doing
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing proactive support across a range of business functions. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires someone highly organised, adaptable, and confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and organising internal events, team meetings, workshops, and site activities
- Managing office communications, including creating and distributing internal updates, colleague announcements, and outreach communications
- Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the site
- Acting as a central point of contact for colleagues, providing administrative and coordination support to various teams as required
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring facilities are prepared for internal and external meetings
- Supporting visitor management and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
- Producing reports and maintaining data within key business systems
- Coordinating travel arrangements, expenses, and related administration
- Assisting with site communications, presentations, and business-wide initiatives
- Supporting the planning and delivery of community, charity, recruitment, and employee engagement events
- Maintaining office records, documentation, and administrative processes
- Providing flexible support across the business to meet changing priorities and operational needs

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, business support, or office management role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, or business activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence creating communications and engaging with colleagues across the business
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to support a variety of teams and projects
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems
- A positive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent support
