Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a growing investment company. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines personal assistance, administration, client application management, and marketing support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, managing client applications from initial enquiry through to completion, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with marketing activities. The role will work closely with the EA to the Co-Founders and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
PA & Administrative Support
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls and emails, responding where appropriate.
- Organise meetings and take minutes when required.
- Maintain confidential records and information.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping administration where required.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Client & Application Management
- Manage client applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to gather required documentation.
- Monitor application progress and proactively chase outstanding information.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance throughout the application process.
- Keep clients informed with regular progress updates.
- Maintain CRM systems and client databases.
Marketing Support
- Support delivery of Invest marketing campaigns, working to the group marketing plan.
- Draft and schedule Invest social content as briefed, in line with the group content calendar.
- Assist with Invest website and marketing material updates as directed.
- Support Invest email marketing and newsletters within the group HubSpot structure.
- Assist with Invest events - logistics, materials, and content capture on the day.
- Assist with Invest collateral and brand assets, within group brand guidelines and with Marketing Manager sign-off.
- Support content creation - copy, imagery, and graphics for social and email.
- Help gather material for Invest case studies and investor testimonials.
- Assist with Invest marketing reporting and engagement monitoring.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, or office support role.
- Confident writing skills – able to draft clear, professional copy
- Comfortable using social media platforms in a business context (particularly LinkedIn)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Desirable
- Experience with a CRM or email marketing platform (HubSpot ideal).
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Some exposure to financial services or a regulated environment.
