As a Business Support Coordinator based in Chesterfield, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate business reports, supporting data collection and ensuring timely distribution of information
- Managing customer and supplier documentation, including onboarding forms, questionnaires, and record-keeping in line with company procedures
- Coordinating tender submissions by gathering information from internal teams, tracking deadlines, and compiling responses for review
- Providing administrative and business support to stakeholders, driving process improvements and assisting with day-to-day operational activities

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
