The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines administration, data management, compliance documentation, and invoice processing.
This is not a typical administration role. We are looking for someone who can confidently work with large volumes of data, think critically, identify discrepancies, and take ownership of ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
You'll work closely with warehouse, production, finance, and quality teams, playing a vital role in supporting day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Transfer handwritten records and operational information into Excel spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Review and validate data, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, or potential errors.
- Process invoices and support purchase order administration.
- Maintain and update business records, databases, and operational reports.
- Prepare and manage customs, quality, compliance, and risk-related documentation.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Liaise with multiple departments to gather, validate, and distribute information.
- Produce reports and provide administrative support across the wider business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
