As the Business Support Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for admin and coordination, supporting managers and teams across departments and keeping day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Provide admin and coordination support to managers and teams
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and chase actions
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Keep records, trackers, and filing systems accurate and up to date
- Follow up on deadlines and outstanding tasks across departments
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Required Skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle competing deadlines
- Happy working independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Document control experience
- Experience with CRM or document management systems
- Background in telecoms, construction, or another fast-paced environment
