Job Description

Pay

£23,722 per annum (£26,500.50 FTE salary)

Work Schedule

42 weeks per year, term time (39 weeks), with the remaining three weeks worked during school holidays to include the week before the start of term in September

We are looking for a friendly, organised and dependable individual to work within our Business Development team, with a focus within our Alternative Education Provision service.

The Compass at Gloucester Family Care offers an engaging, nurturing and supportive Alternative Provision service, for children and young people aged 4-25.

Pay

£23,722 per annum

Requirements

  • Driving Licence preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience of providing high-quality administrative support using the full range of Microsoft Packages

Responsibilities

  • Based in our Alternative Provision office, you will welcome visitors, children and young people, and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain an awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and report any concerns immediately in line with GFC procedures
  • Contribute positively to the culture and values of the organisation

This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in our busy Alternative Provision environment. We are looking for someone who shares our values, works well as part of a team and understands the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and building positive relationships.
