Iâm recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator / Executive to join the Business Support team of an established global organisation based in Bedford.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration, order management, or customer support experience who enjoys working with detail, solving problems, and making sure things are done properly.
This isnât simply a data-entry role.
Youâll be responsible for coordinating and processing B2B customer orders, some of which can be complex and contain multiple or configurable elements. Youâll need to understand what youâre processing, identify when information is missing or something doesnât look right, and work with the relevant teams to resolve issues before they cause problems further down the line.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Youâll be responsible for:
- Processing and coordinating B2B customer orders
- Reviewing detailed order information for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying missing information, discrepancies, or potential issues
- Investigating queries rather than simply processing what has been submitted
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Working closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Developing your knowledge of the organisationâs products, systems, and processes
- Using SAP as part of the order-management process
What are we looking for?
Industry experience isnât the priority for this hire. Weâre much more interested in the complexity and level of responsibility youâve handled previously.
You could come from order management, sales administration, customer operations, commercial support, business support, supply chain administration, or another detail-heavy administrative environment.
