Company Description

EnviroSense is an SME multi-disciplinary team of environmental scientists and engineers focused on renewable energy and greenhouse gas emissions assessment, verification and certification.

Role Description

This full-time Business Support Coordinator role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model, combining office-based work with some work-from-home flexibility. This is UK Right to Work only role. There are not sponsored applications at this moment in time.

The role involves providing day-to-day administrative assistance to project teams, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records for sustainability and due diligence projects. The Business Support Coordinator will handle internal and external communications, respond to client inquiries, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, and training materials. The role includes monitoring business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with the implementation of streamlined workflows and tools. The coordinator will also collaborate closely with colleagues across international locations to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams, international partners, and clients.
