The Property Delivery team is part of the Property Management department. The team is responsible for managing the property estate for their clients, with a focus on delivering industry-leading management of their client’s properties, contributing to the Centre of Excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with each client.

Role Description

This is an exciting role for anyone who has experience in property management (whether that be practical or through education), preferably with knowledge of lease terms, and is currently a property administrator or a recent graduate with education or experience within real estate, that is looking for their first career move.

While you are expected to assist the client team you will sit within, you will also be liaising with the accounts team regarding payments and raising rents, liaising with the Data team in respect of database changes and invoice authorization, as well as dealing with landlords and tenants.

General Expectations

  • Assisting to prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations alongside FMs and lead surveyor, including applying tenant apportionments and reviewing notes for service charge packs.
  • Responding to any tenant queries on service charge, rent, insurance, etc.
  • General support for Occupier engagement activities, including organizing and attending tenant meetings.
  • Advising on repairing obligations in leases. Work with tenants to ensure their lease obligations are fulfilled while promoting a “partnering” approach.
  • Assist in management & preparation of licenses/wayleaves, etc., and assist in driving additional fees.
  • Assist in providing Surveying input into client reporting.
  • Attending client meetings to run through management reports.
  • Coordinating and supporting on client initiatives such as sustainability reporting and rates mitigation.
  • Working with other PM teams (finance/IFM/Data, etc.) for surveying-specific activities to deliver property management services for occupiers and clients.
  • Assist with property and site presentation inspections.
  • Checking and approving invoices as required to support the property management teams.
  • Checking demands to be raised to tenants, including ad hoc recharges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
