Triage Specialist II – Business Support Engineer II

Location: London, Hybrid 2-3 Days p/w
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Rate: Up to £300 per day PAYE

We are looking for a Triage Specialist II / Business Support Engineer to investigate and resolve complex, high-impact technical issues across Ads, Commerce and Creator products. You’ll act as a technical point of contact for high-value clients and internal stakeholders while driving improvements to products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end investigation and resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, log interpretation, and systems-level debugging.
  • Troubleshoot advertising technologies including Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, and Pixel.
  • Manage high-severity escalations and partner with Engineering and Product teams on resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend preventative or systemic improvements.
  • Provide technical consulting and guidance to clients, partners, and sales teams.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions for non-technical audiences.
  • Independently manage and prioritize a portfolio of high-value client escalations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising and/or technology.
  • Experience working across 2+ industries.
  • Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business and working directly with senior clients and sales teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience across advertising and business technologies.
  • Customer-facing experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
