Business Support Engineer II / Triage Specialist II
Location: London, UK
Contract: 6 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week
We are seeking a Business Support Engineer / Triage Specialist to support a global technology platform's advertising and commerce products. This role combines technical troubleshooting, AdTech, API investigation, data analysis, and customer-facing support. You will investigate complex product issues, work with Engineering and Product teams, and provide technical guidance to major business customers and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex advertising/product issues.
- Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, tracking, and advertising technologies.
- Analyse data and logs to identify root causes.
- Work with SQL, REST APIs, and web technologies.
- Manage high-priority customer escalations.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
- Explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues and create scalable SOPs/documentation.
- Support new product launches and changing technical workflows.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, AdTech, or Technology.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with APIs / REST APIs and integrations.
- Experience with SQL and log/data analysis.
- Understanding of advertising technologies, tracking, pixels, conversions, or SDKs.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
- Customer-facing technical support, consulting, solutions, or technical account management experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
