About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join Clearwater Wealth Management, an established Principal Partner Practice, part of St. James's Place Wealth Management, based in the City of London.
You'll be the key support behind one of our Financial Advisers — helping deliver an exceptional client experience through efficient, accurate, and proactive administration.
No prior financial services experience is required. Full training will be provided, including the opportunity to work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and a career as a financial adviser (employed or self-employed).
We are recruiting for this role on both a full-time (37.5 hrs) and part-time (30 hrs) basis — please indicate your preference when applying.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients and the Adviser, ensuring efficient and smooth running of the operational side of the Adviser's business
- Preparing client review packs using analytical tools, following up on agreed actions and preparing client documentation
- Preparing full and bespoke client fact finds via Salesforce to support automated production of letters of recommendation and submission of business
- Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with third-party providers when executing business
- Maintaining accurate client records in line with compliance requirements
- Handling client queries by phone, email, and face-to-face
- Becoming competent and proficient in the use of internal systems and tools
- Developing financial services industry knowledge to underpin and support the Adviser's execution of advice

What We're Looking For
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines — essential
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal — essential
- Comfortable working in a numeric environment — essential
- Able to multi-task, work independently and maintain a disciplined approach to work — essential
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines — essential
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) — essential
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders — essential
- Good A-Levels or degree; minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English — essential
- Previous administration experience desirable; financial services background a bonus but not essential

Salary
- Full time (37.5 hours) - £30,000 Graduate or Experienced Hire or £26,000 School Leaver Entry
- Part-Time (30 hours) - £26,000 with experience
