MBNL is looking for a Business Support Lead to manage and develop a team of Business Support Coordinators while driving operational excellence across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders, shareholders, suppliers, and external partners, you'll ensure effective business support services, improve ways of working, and enhance the overall colleague experience.

- Lead and develop the Business Support team.
- Drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate governance, actions, risks, and key deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Improve communication, collaboration, and information flow across the business.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and support services.
- Oversee workplace, facilities, and office operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.

About You
- Experience leading business support, operations, or coordination teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to improve processes and ways of working.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and developing people.
