Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Business Support Manager based in the United Kingdom to support the company's commercial growth while also serving as Key Personnel under the Company's Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence. This is a flexible, part-time, remote contract role suited to an individual with strong networking abilities, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK market through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and promoting the Company's software development and technology services.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and attend client meetings, both virtual and in person where appropriate, and represent the Company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other industry engagements.
  • Serve as the Company's designated Key Personnel for its Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence, including the responsibilities of Authorising Officer, Level 1 User, and Key Contact, ensuring ongoing compliance with UK Home Office sponsor duties and maintaining accurate sponsorship records.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, support commercial negotiations, and work closely with the management team to achieve business development objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling software, IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UK business practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Applicants must be British citizens or hold permanent residency.
