Business Banking is a key growth area for the bank, supporting businesses across the UK with the products, services, and expertise they need to thrive. As we continue to invest in our future, we're looking for a talented Business Support Manager to play a pivotal role in helping our leadership team deliver ambitious plans and drive meaningful change.
This is a role that will turn strategy into action, influence senior stakeholders, and help teams deliver outstanding results. As a Business Support Manager, you’ll be organized, commercially minded, and enjoy turning strategy into action.

For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Northampton office.
