Clinical Education Business Support Manager
Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for clinical education? We are seeking a Clinical Education Business Support Manager to join the CTM Clinical Education Academy, playing a key role in supporting the effective delivery of education across healthcare professions.
This position provides essential project and operational support across a broad range of activities within the Clinical Education Academy. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient programme delivery, effective funding allocation, and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project support for service improvement initiatives and operational planning.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on activity levels and waiting times, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate rota planning and issue resolution.
- Line manage administrative and clerical staff, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency and excellent patient care.
