Help shape the future of Protect as our Business Support Manager
Protect is a vital part of Group Customer Operations, supporting customers and colleagues through some of life's most important moments. We're looking for an exceptional Business Support Manager to become a trusted partner to the Director of Protect and the Protect Leadership Team, playing a central role in keeping priorities on track, driving coordination across the function, and ensuring the smooth delivery of key business objectives. This is a highly visible position where you'll act as a key liaison, providing the structure, insight and support that enables leaders to focus on what matters most.
You'll thrive in this role if you're highly organised, commercially aware and passionate about helping others succeed. With experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic business support, PMO, Chief of Staff or governance capacity, you'll bring outstanding communication skills, sound judgement and absolute discretion. You'll be confident creating impactful briefings and presentations, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and driving business improvement, transformation and change initiatives that deliver meaningful results.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
