We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our Loddon Homes Team within Local Housing Companies here at Loddon Homes, on a Part-time, Permanent basis.
As Business Support Officer, you will be at the centre of our operations, providing professional administrative and customer service support across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Board members, residents, contractors and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of governance activities, resident communications and day-to-day business operations.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Experienced in providing administrative or business support services.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Customer focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Accurate, methodical and highly attentive to detail.
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience working in housing, property, local government or a regulated environment.
- Experience supporting Boards, Committees or senior managers.
- Knowledge of social housing or repairs and maintenance services.
- Experience coordinating events, consultations or resident engagement activities.
