Business Support Officer

Scale 6: £37,509pa rising in annual increments to £38,637pa incl. LW

Full time/Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months

About the Team:

An opportunity has arisen to apply as a Business Support Officer x2 on Fixed Term Contracts. This is an exciting role that covers business support across Quality Assurance which includes – Child Protection Conferencing Service, Independent Reviewing Service, LADO, FGC, and Complaints. The Business Support Officers assist in providing support for Child Protection Conferences which includes attending and taking minutes for meetings, managing timescales for meetings, and overseeing and supporting various services across Quality Assurance.

About the Role:

The position will involve:

  • Supporting Child Protection Conferences which includes providing bundles of reports and taking minutes for meetings
  • Ensuring meetings are booked in timescale with support of managers
  • Overseeing email inboxes for CP Conferencing Service, IRO service, and FGC service to assist in progressing tasks
  • Supporting LADO and Complaints as needed and required
  • This support is offered on a duty rota basis to allow variety across all the services
  • Contributing to the monthly reports for relevant services
