Business Support Officer
Telford & Wrekin Council

Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a busy environment? Do you enjoy problem-solving, supporting colleagues, and making a real difference to local communities?
We're looking for two Business Support Officers to join our dynamic team, providing essential administrative and business support across Adult Social Care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring services run smoothly, supporting professionals who work directly with some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a busy office or administrative environment
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Communicates confidently with people at all levels
- Can manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Has strong IT and record-management skills
- Demonstrates professionalism, resilience, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

We have a hybrid approach to working three days in the office on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s and working from home on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, although this could be subject to change.
