Business Support Officer
📍 Warrington (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)

I'm currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to join the Asset Management team of a well-established housing organisation in Warrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and reporting, and is confident supporting a busy operational team.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and monitoring team inboxes
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Producing reports and working with data using Excel
- Using VLOOKUPs, formulas and Mail Merge as part of day-to-day tasks
- Supporting compliance-related administration and documentation
- Coordinating information across multiple systems
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting service requests
- Assisting with complaint investigations through information gathering and record management
- Providing general administrative support to the wider Asset Management team

What I'm looking for:
- Strong administration experience within a busy office environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas
- Experience using Mail Merge
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A customer-focused approach and confident communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within social housing, property, repairs, compliance or asset management
- An understanding of housing compliance or regulatory requirements
- Business Administration NVQ Level 3
