Business Support Officer

We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to provide administrative and front of office support to Fleet Services operational staff and managers.

Whether you are an experienced administrator or looking to develop your existing skills, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within Lancashire County Council.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems.
  • Preparing, checking and distributing reports to a high standard.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Handling cash and processing card payments.
  • Responding to enquiries from the public, internal and external customers.
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to service objectives.
  • Working within established policies, procedures and guidance to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrator or Front of House or Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team, contributing to the important work our Fleet Services team carry out.
