We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Officer to work as part of a Shared Service across two Councils. This is an excellent opportunity to support risk management, performance monitoring, procurement and corporate project activity in a role that offers variety and the chance to make a real contribution.

You will help strengthen performance and service delivery across two Councils and have the opportunity to work with senior managers and services to help deliver better outcomes for local communities.

About You

You will need:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Experience of working with data and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work on your own initiative.
