Salary £25,949 - £25,989 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time | 37 hours per week | Hybrid

International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship

We are currently recruiting and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team who will contribute to the key work of the Adults Health and Wellbeing Directorate.

This post is within the Support Services Team based at Lancashire House, Accrington, BB5 0FL providing support to operational staff and managers. You could be really experienced in administration or looking to build on your previous experience and there's no better place to do this than with us.

What we are looking for:

  • Passion – You'll be passionate about delivering a great service and experience, it's what will motivate you, getting it right first time, asking for support when you need it and building on the skills that you've developed elsewhere.
  • Knowledge and Experience – Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.
  • Great Communication – You'll be engaging and providing support to Managers, Social Workers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.
