Hours: 3x Permeant Full Time Contracts - 37hrs Per Week
Location of post:
- 1 x Hospital Assessment Team
- 1 x Afan Network
- 1 x DoLs
Business Support Services within Adult Services are currently looking for passionate, friendly, hard-working, and flexible individuals to join our busy administrative team. This role is peripatetic within our social work teams. This role requires office working 5 days per week while training is undertaken. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within Adult Services.
About you, do you have experience in/of:
- Operating relevant ICT packages – Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Working as part of a team.
- Communicating with various people on different levels and via different methods.
- Administrative duties.
Ideally, you will have:
- 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above and NVQ 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
