We are a vibrant, successful and forward-thinking primary school operating across two busy sites. With a strong commitment to excellence, inclusion and community, we are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and efficient Business Support Officer to join our highly effective and hardworking admin team for 21.50 hours per week.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A warm, friendly personality to meet and greet visitors to the school, answer the phone and support staff and pupils
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a positive approach to teamwork, as you will be working across two sites
- Strong IT skills with the ability to operate a range of software packages effectively
- Numeracy and Literacy skills to produce statistical information including, stationery, asset registers and stock control
