About Triple Point

Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.

There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named one of the Sunday Times ‘Best Place to Work’ for 2025/2026.

If this high performing culture sounds like an environment where you would flourish, then read on…

The Function

Digital & Technology

The Digital & Technology function provides the systems, data, tools and technical capabilities that power Triple Point. The team implements, maintains and optimises platforms that enable the business to operate efficiently, safely and with pace ensuring systems are reliable, integrated, commercially aligned and continually improving. Its purpose is to enhance productivity, reduce risk, enable high-quality data and reporting and support the delivery of exceptional outcomes across all investment, lending and operational teams.

The Team

The Business Systems team sits centrally within Digital & Technology and works across every major business area including Distribution, Private Credit, Finance, Legal, Risk and other core functions.

The team is responsible for the lifecycle of Triple Point’s core systems, including a heavily customised Salesforce platform (with Experience Cloud and customer-facing portals), integrated tools, data flows and supporting processes.

The team includes system analysts, product managers and an offshore Salesforce development team. It operates closely alongside the Data & Insight team, Tech Ops, and Digital Solutions, forming the wider capability that drives automation, integration, AI adoption, data governance and digital enablement across Triple Point.

The Role

Triple Point is looking for an experienced business systems analyst to join the team that manages Aspire, the lease and loan management platform used by our Private Credit business. Working alongside an existing business systems analyst and reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, the individual will help to evolve and enhance the platform, gathering feedback from users and contributing to a roadmap of changes which benefit a range of areas, including data capture, reporting, automation and efficiency.

This is a role for a technically minded individual, capable of translating business needs into technical specifications, who can build a strong understanding of the platform and its place within Triple Point’s wider systems to make recommendations and enhance the delivery of the business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the business and its processes

    • Work alongside Private Credit (Origination, Asset Mgmt., Finance & Operations) users to understand end-to-end lending and leasing processes, including how Aspire is used in practice and where workarounds or control gaps have developed.
    • Map current processes, clarify the underlying business need and challenge whether a process can be simplified before translating it into a system change.
    • Build and apply a practical understanding of financial transaction processing, including effective, value and posting dates; accounting periods; accruals; invoicing; general ledger postings; cash allocation; payment processing; and reconciliations.
    • Consider how Aspire interacts with the wider systems landscape, including integrations, data warehouse and reporting processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Own issues and deliver solutions

    • Take ownership of user-reported system issues from triage through investigation, communication, workaround and resolution, involving Technology or the vendor where needed.
    • Investigate why functionality is not working as expected by reproducing issues, reviewing configuration and data, tracing transaction behaviour, and confirming the intended business outcome.
    • Identify proportionate interim solutions where a permanent fix cannot be delivered immediately, and explain any operational or financial implications to affected teams.
    • Carry out root-cause analysis on recurring or high-impact issues; recommend and follow through permanent system, data or process fixes to reduce recurrence.
    • Maintain clear issue records, actions, owners and updates, and escalate risks promptly.
  • Improve and change the system safely

    • Support the system development lifecycle from requirements and options analysis through design, configuration, testing, release and post-implementation review.
    • Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria that explain both what the system should do and why it matters.
    • Review system and team processes to identify opportunities to simplify, improve controls, reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
    • Assess the full impact of proposed changes, including accounting entries, period treatment, invoices, borrower outputs, reconciliations, reporting, downstream data and user procedures.
    • Configure and test internal Aspire changes in test environments where appropriate; coordinate business UAT and regression testing for releases and vendor upgrades.
    • Work with Technology, data teams, the vendor and business stakeholders to investigate integrations, data capture, reporting and automation opportunities.
  • Support users and embed change

    • Provide practical, hands-on support to users, including observing processes, demonstrating system functionality, troubleshooting and helping users understand the right way to complete tasks.
    • Deliver training and create concise guidance that reflects real business workflows; adapt the approach to different user groups and levels of system confidence.
    • Check after release that changes are understood, adopted and producing the intended operational and financial outcome; address gaps through follow-up support or further improvement.
    • Share knowledge with colleagues and help build broader systems capability across the business.
