The Opportunity
Our client is a leading UK manufacturing business embarking on an exciting digital transformation programme, including the rollout of Dynamics 365 Business Central. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with proven skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central support and system analysis to help drive the day to day management and continuous improvement of their environment. In the role you will take ownership of the platform's long-term success; working on projects to enhance and further automate the solution over the coming years.
This is an office based role in Greater London with the potential of flexible hybrid working; project phase dependant.

The Role
- Ensure the successful day to day operation of my client's D365 Business Central environment
- Gather requirements, map business processes, and create functional designs.
- Support system configuration and work closely with development teams.
- Manage testing, user training, and change adoption.
- Oversee system support, enhancements, and release management.
Skills & Experience
- Proven end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central systems analysis & support
- Competent in 1st/ 2nd line troubleshooting and scaling further where necessary
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and training expertise.
- Hands-on configuration skills, including AL extensions and/or Power Platform (desirable).
- Solid understanding of standard D365 Business Central functionality.
- Manufacturing or supply chain industry experience (desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
