Business Systems Developer

I'm currently working with a well-established professional services organisation that is investing heavily in its internal technology landscape and looking to add a Business Systems Developer to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting and developing business-critical systems who enjoys improving processes, automating workflows, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and enhancing workflows within a business management platform
- Building and maintaining integrations with third-party systems and services
- Creating reports, dashboards, and management information solutions
- Supporting users and providing systems training where required
- Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Producing technical documentation and supporting change initiatives

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience developing or supporting business management, case management, or document management systems
- Strong SQL / T-SQL skills, including database administration and reporting
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving business processes
- Exposure to AI tools, Copilot, or LLM technologies would be an advantage
