WeCool Toys is a global designer and manufacturer of dynamic toys, crafts and compounds, managing end-to-end production, packaging and distribution. As part of Paladone Group Holdings, WeCool plays a key role in our international growth strategy.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP professional to play a key role in the development and optimisation of Paladone's core business systems. As our primary Navision / Business Central specialist, you will help shape how our ERP platform supports finance, operations, supply chain and commercial teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary SME for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision).
  • Manage the day-to-day performance, support and continuous improvement of the ERP platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems effectively support operational requirements.
  • Lead the delivery of ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations and change initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and automate manual activities.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment and user adoption of new functionality.
  • Manage and coordinate system-related projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
  • Work alongside third-party partners, developers and software vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities.
  • Build strong working relationships with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ERP capabilities and best practice.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to system users where required.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or Microsoft Navision is an essential requirement for this role.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or Microsoft Navision.
  • Experience supporting and improving ERP systems within a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics.
  • Experience delivering ERP projects, upgrades, integrations or system enhancements.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with third-party software providers and technical partners.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, APIs or integrations would be advantageous.
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
