📢 We’re hiring: Business Systems Administrator
đź“Ť Glasgow | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 remote)
đź•’ 37.5 hours per week
💰 £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
We’re looking for an Business Systems Administrator to support and manage a portfolio of critical enterprise applications used across our global organisation.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key business systems across their full lifecycle — from implementation and optimisation to upgrades and decommissioning. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and delivering real value, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and service delivery.

What you’ll be doing
- Own and support multiple enterprise business systems
- Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Monitor performance, availability, and SLAs
- Troubleshoot incidents and drive permanent fixes
- Deliver user training and support a super-user community
- Maintain documentation, security reviews, and DR processes
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems
- Hands-on experience with one or more of: Azure, Intune, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365
- Strong experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on live systems
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and in a matrix or global organisation
- Good understanding of service management and system development lifecycles
- Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
