Business Systems Analyst / Up to £50,000 / Manchester / Hybrid (once every 2 weeks)
We're working with a well-established organisation seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its Digital and Enterprise Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BA with a strong background in digital platforms, CMS implementations, and agile software delivery.
You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering enhancements to a large-scale digital ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders, developers, testers, and product teams to ensure solutions meet both business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities across digital projects.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and define effective solutions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other key documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with architectural and business requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within digital or software delivery environments.
- Experience delivering features and enhancements within a CMS platform.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and web accessibility standards.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, with knowledge of waterfall delivery methods.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies including SIT and UAT.

Desirable Experience
- Experience working with Sitecore CMS.
The role is offering up to £50,000, along with a fantastic pension (15% Employer contribution), with Hybrid working (once every 2 weeks on site in central Manchester). If you're interested, please apply below!
