📍 Business Systems Analyst | Bristol | Hybrid

Are you a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and driving meaningful business change?

I'm currently supporting an established Bristol based organisation that is investing heavily in its business systems and transformation initiatives. As part of their continued growth, they're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to their team.

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver system enhancements that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Analysing existing processes and identifying improvements
  • Working with IT and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements
  • Supporting business-critical systems and transformation projects
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Producing functional specifications and process documentation
  • Assisting with testing, user acceptance, and change management activities

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, Finance Systems, or Business Applications
  • Process improvement and problem-solving experience
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology
