About The Role

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring our systems, processes, and data work seamlessly together.

If you’re passionate about problem-solving, process improvements, and driving digital transformation, this is your chance to make an immediate impact with exposure across the whole of our business here at BrewDog.

What You Will Do / Key Responsibilities

Working within the IT department, you will support and optimise our core business applications, including ERP SAP Business One, Brewing Systems, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Purchase-to-Pay systems, and other enterprise applications.

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong stakeholder management skills, who will be responsible for delivering new projects that enhance business operations and efficiency.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation, leveraging SQL, Excel and Power BI to provide insights and drive decision-making.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role (at least 3+ years).
  • Strong SQL experience to develop and maintain SQL queries, extracting, analysing, and transforming data for reporting purposes.
  • Experience with an ERP system is essential for this role (SAP Business One (preferred), MS Dynamics, NetSuite etc.)
  • Skilled in analysing business processes across various departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Retail, Procurement etc.) and identifying automation and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document business requirements for new systems, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Experienced in managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making (Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to business users.
  • Exposure in ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance across business systems.

Skills That Would Be a Bonus

  • Working with APIs.
  • Familiar with programming languages such as Python, C#.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience in FMCG companies.

About You

Relevant certifications in Project Management, ITIL, Business Analysis, PowerBI is advantageous.
A strong work ethic and desire to complete work to a high standard.
A quick and keen learner of new technologies and tools.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
You are naturally curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve and optimise business processes.
