Position summary
Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a passion for HR technology and SuccessFactors?
Join our Business Systems team and play a pivotal role in designing, configuring and supporting our SuccessFactors HCM suite, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, Compensation and Recruiting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, deliver innovative HR technology solutions, drive continuous system improvements and support successful implementations that enhance the employee experience and enable business success.

Position responsibilities
Here at Winston Taylor, we use SAP SuccessFactors for all our people and Talent process and data. From application to onboarding, through the full employee lifecycle including development and performance, and beyond. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll:
- Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide guidance and support for end-users and HR Business Partners on HR technology solutions.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting of issues and manage defect resolution.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and other support documentation.

Experience, skills, and qualifications
- Experience with working with talent/HR systems in a systems analyst or engineering capacity. SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent experience desirable
- SAP SuccessFactors certification would be a plus
- Experience in implementing and configuring HR modules such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Learning Management, Succession and Development, Compensation, and Recruiting
- Experience using SAP CPI for building and managing integrations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, HR data management and reporting, and HR compliance requirements.
