About Us

Peratera is a UK-based fintech company, founded in 2022 and authorised by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution. We are building a modern, all-in-one payment platform that enables businesses to manage global payments and financial operations seamlessly.

Our solution allows companies to open multi-currency accounts, send and receive payments worldwide, and manage cross-border transactions from a single platform. Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations.

Your Mission

We're looking for a Business / System Analyst to work on the core of our payment platform: accounts and balances, transfers, FX, integrations with payment providers, and reconciliation. You'll turn business needs into clear requirements our developers can build from, and stay involved through to release by answering the team's questions, checking the result and keeping documentation up to date. Our Product team sets the priorities and roadmap, your focus is making sure every requirement is complete, clear and correct.

Your Tech Environment

What You’ll Do

  • Gather and analyse business requirements across our payment products - accounts, transfers, FX and customer onboarding
  • Write clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories with acceptance criteria, and end-to-end scenarios including edge cases
  • Design data models, status flows and process diagrams (BPMN, sequence diagrams)
  • Specify APIs and integrations with external payment providers and partner banks, and act as a technical point of contact for them
  • Define reconciliation and reporting requirements together with Finance and Compliance
  • Support Engineering and QA from specification through to release, including acceptance testing
  • Help investigate production issues and keep product documentation up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
