Job Description

Ready to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and technical reality? As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll help to shape the future of our application portfolio.

The Business Systems Solutions department manages the lifecycle of our application portfolio, ensuring our technology stack remains robust, scalable, and ahead of the curve. This team translates intricate business requirements into high-performing technical designs, maintaining the integrity of our systems while driving continuous improvement.

You will operate with autonomy to manage your workload across defined projects. A key part of the role involves translating complex business needs into high-quality, non-technical documentation, including functional specifications and user stories. By gaining a detailed understanding of our expansive product suite, you can proactively identify system improvements and ensure delivered solutions align with overarching priorities.

We positively embrace the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). We encourage you to leverage AI tools to augment your analytical capabilities, streamline workflows, and optimise solution design, allowing you to focus on high-impact problem-solving. You will also support change management efforts and ensure all work complies with our security protocols and regulatory standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
