Contract: 12-month fixed-term

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contractual base: Hybrid working

Additional requirements: Occasional out-of-hours working to support project delivery and system changes

Technology is central to how we deliver services, make decisions and improve the customer experience. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll help ensure our systems evolve to meet the needs of a modern, customer-focused organisation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic technology projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning business requirements into effective technical solutions. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help shape how our systems, data and processes work together to support our colleagues and customers.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead and support the delivery of system improvement and implementation projects, helping introduce new technologies and enhance existing applications in line with our technology strategy.

Working closely with stakeholders, you'll gather requirements, analyse business processes and translate organisational needs into practical system solutions. You'll also support system integration, data management and application resilience, ensuring our technology continues to perform effectively and reliably.

Alongside project delivery, you'll create and maintain high-quality documentation, provide expert technical advice and work collaboratively across IT teams to ensure new solutions are successfully transitioned into day-to-day operations.


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

You'll Have

  • Experience delivering system improvement, implementation or transformation projects
  • Strong experience working with enterprise applications, databases or data integration solutions
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
  • An understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and wider IT environments
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working collaboratively to deliver positive business outcomes

Qualifications in business analysis or IT solutions design would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in the experience and expertise you can bring to the role.
