- Rate: £350–450 per day
- Focus: Business analysis, systems design, process improvement, and data requirements
What You Would Do
- Gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Mapping current and future-state processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Analysing system capabilities and data structures to support business objectives
- Developing requirements specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams
- Conducting data quality assessments and defining data governance requirements
- Supporting stakeholder engagement throughout analysis and implementation phases
- Creating process diagrams, data flow models, and system design documentation using tools such as BPMN and UML
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations or development work
- Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 2–4 years of business analysis experience in a professional or technical environment
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in process mapping and systems analysis methodologies
- Experience documenting requirements clearly and concisely for technical audiences
- Familiarity with data quality concepts and basic data analysis
- Working knowledge of business process notation and UML diagramming
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical language
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Competence with tools such as Excel, Visio, or similar documentation platforms
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, or RISE)
- Exposure to APIs, microservices, or distributed system architecture
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
- Experience with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
- Background in financial or operational process improvement
