Role Overview
APP Wholesale Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - ERP Support & Adoption to support the development, optimisation and adoption of our business systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role is based in Waterlooville, with flexibility for the successful candidate to work from our Dagenham or Erith sites as required.

The role bridges business users, the ERP team, IT and third-party partners to ensure systems are supported, documented, tested and adopted effectively.
The successful candidate will support users, coordinate testing, deliver training, maintain documentation and identify continuous improvement opportunities, working with the ERP & Business Systems Manager to turn requirements into practical system improvements.
This role suits someone who enjoys business analysis, user engagement, systems support, process improvement and change coordination.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience supporting business users within a commercial environment.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience creating documentation using Scribe or similar tools.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives.
- Understanding of integrations between ERP and other business systems.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate or Power BI.
- Experience within wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
