Business Systems & Dynamics 365 Analyst - D365 F&O | London | Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite) | Circa £70,000 | Permanent, Full-time

We're recruiting for a Business Systems & Dynamics 365 Analyst to join an international organisation at an exciting stage of its ERP and business systems transformation.

This is a hands-on role combining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) expertise with business analysis and systems delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes and support the ongoing development and rollout of D365 F&O across an international, multi-site environment.

With a major go-live approaching, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to both the technology and the business and wants to play an active role across the full solution lifecycle.

The Role

  • Providing hands-on functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly across Operations / Supply Chain Management
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical functional solutions
  • Working with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify pain points and drive process improvements
  • Supporting D365 configuration, workflows, security, user administration and functional troubleshooting
  • Investigating incidents and system issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions
  • Supporting integrations, batch processes, data interfaces and data management
  • Planning and supporting UAT, regression and validation testing, including test scripts, defect management and stakeholder sign-off
  • Supporting change, release and environment management throughout the application lifecycle
  • Using Azure DevOps to manage requirements, changes, defects and delivery activities
  • Creating process documentation, user guides and training materials and delivering training to end users
  • Working closely with implementation partners, software vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting ongoing ERP implementations, integrations and wider business transformation initiatives
  • Supporting master data and data-quality improvements, alongside reporting and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel or SQL

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Knowledge of D365 workflows, security administration, LCS, DMF, integrations and batch processing would be particularly useful. Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL or other ERP platforms would also be advantageous.

The opportunity

This role offers plenty of variety and visibility. You'll be joining during an important period of systems transformation, with the opportunity to influence how D365 is used across the organisation and work with stakeholders across multiple functions, sites and countries.

The position is based in London, with an expectation of being onsite at least two days per week. Some occasional international travel and flexibility around global operations may also be required, including agreed support and release activities outside normal working hours when necessary.

Salary: circa £70,000 + package

If you're a hands-on D365 F&O professional who combines strong functional knowledge with business analysis skills - and particularly if you have experience across Supply Chain Management and Azure DevOps - we'd be keen to hear from you.
