Business Systems Analyst - London Market Insurance
Location: London (3 days per week in the office)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + 20% Bonus + Outstanding Pension
We're delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing Transformation function.

The Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager within the Transformation team, you'll play a key role in delivering both business and technology change initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business and technology change delivery
- Systems integration analysis
- API contract analysis and design support
- Data mapping and migration activities
- Technical solution support
- Understanding and documenting end-to-end data flows
- Supporting testing, UAT and transition to BAU
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused analyst who can comfortably move between projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience required:
- London Market Insurance experience
- however Commercial Insurance will be considered
You will ideally have experience in:
- API
- Data interrogation / SQL
The successful candidate will be adaptable, resilient and comfortable operating across various workstreams, supporting whatever is required to ensure successful delivery.
