Business Systems Analyst – MRI Qube

6 month initial contract + extension
Hybrid working from either Manchester or London
£500/day (umbrella)

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a Business Transformation team supporting a large residential property management business.

The role will focus on enhancing and optimising the organisation’s property systems landscape, with strong hands-on experience of MRI Qube essential. You’ll work across operational teams, technology partners, and third-party suppliers to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for MRI Qube and support the wider MRI property systems landscape, including MRI Sales & Lettings (SLM) and MRI Engage.
  • Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements, translating these into practical technology solutions.
  • Support system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement.
  • Produce and enhance reports and management information, using Power BI where appropriate.
  • Coordinate testing, data validation, and UAT for system changes.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, data quality, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues, undertaking root cause analysis and coordinating solutions with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Produce process maps, requirements documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Act as the link between property operations, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
  • Support business readiness, training, and adoption of new functionality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
