What You Would Do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Analysing current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Creating process maps and system documentation (BPMN, UML) to communicate solutions
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system design
  • Supporting testing and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Contributing to data quality analysis and data requirements gathering where relevant
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What You Could Bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
  • Familiarity with systems analysis and business process documentation (BPMN, UML)
  • Experience with financial analysis or process improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of data quality principles and data requirements gathering
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a contract environment with defined project scope and timelines

Nice-to-have skills and experience include:

  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their business applications
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices and distributed systems architecture
  • Experience with data pipelines and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL)
  • Agile or Scrum experience
  • Professional certifications in business analysis
