What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Analysing current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Creating process maps and system documentation (BPMN, UML) to communicate solutions
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system design
- Supporting testing and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Contributing to data quality analysis and data requirements gathering where relevant
- Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Familiarity with systems analysis and business process documentation (BPMN, UML)
- Experience with financial analysis or process improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of data quality principles and data requirements gathering
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a contract environment with defined project scope and timelines
Nice-to-have skills and experience include:
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their business applications
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices and distributed systems architecture
- Experience with data pipelines and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL)
- Agile or Scrum experience
- Professional certifications in business analysis
