We’re working with a growing organisation looking for a Business Systems Analyst to become the internal expert across their core business systems including ERP, Business Intelligence, integrations, and reporting platforms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting between technology and the wider business, improving processes, unlocking data insights, and delivering solutions that make teams more efficient.

- Own and manage the company’s ERP platform and wider business applications
- Improve workflows, processes, and automation opportunities
- Develop meaningful reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
- Extract, analyse and transform data to support commercial decision-making
- Lead integrations between ERP, eCommerce, CRM, Microsoft 365 and supplier/customer platforms
- Improve data quality, reporting accuracy and business visibility
- Support system upgrades, implementations and new functionality
- Provide 2nd line support, user training and documentation
🔹 What We’re Looking For:

- ✅ Strong experience working with ERP systems
- ✅ Experience with business systems integration and process improvement
- ✅ Knowledge of Power BI
- ✅ Ability to analyse data and translate insights into business improvements
- ✅ Experience working with APIs/integrations
- ✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
This role would suit someone from a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Applications Analyst, or Business Intelligence background who enjoys improving systems and helping businesses get more value from their technology.
