The Role
Are you someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and the business? Do you enjoy improving processes, supporting business users and becoming the go-to person for business-critical systems?
We're partnering with a leading global professional services organisation that's investing heavily in its Business Systems team. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for someone to play a key role in supporting their project management and business applications landscape.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, solving operational challenges and helping teams get the most from technology.
This is not a traditional IT Support or Infrastructure position. Instead, you'll become a trusted Business Systems Specialist, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are configured correctly, users are supported effectively and business processes continue to improve.
Initially, the role will focus on systems administration, user support and onboarding. As you develop, you'll gain greater exposure to process improvement, reporting and commercial operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
