About the role
As a Business Systems Analyst you will play a key part in enabling colleagues to work effectively by supporting the secure and efficient use of our systems. You will be responsible for managing and improving access and permission processes, maintaining accurate and well-documented records, and contributing to initiatives that enhance system efficiency, security, and overall ways of working. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding system usage, challenging existing processes, and supporting business objectives through continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes across the organisation while identifying and suggesting opportunities for process improvement
- Overseeing and ensuring the proper implementation and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control
- Contributing to the evaluation and selection of optimal tools and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Providing internal support for tool and system issues through tickets, ensuring excellent customer service
- Creating, regularly reviewing, and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Efficiently managing and completing assigned tasks and objectives to meet deadlines and performance standards
- Actively engaging with internal stakeholders to gather and respond to their requirements effectively
- Enhancing the experience of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders by practicing and promoting ENSEK’s values
Experience required:
- Effectively organise and manage a clear workload to achieve goals
- Eager to learn new skills and techniques in process and technical support
- Skilled at creating and mapping Standard Operating Procedures for knowledge sharing
- Ability to respond promptly to urgent tasks and issues
- Demonstrates discretion and handles confidential information with sensitivity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A customer service-oriented attitude when addressing colleague issues
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Committed to taking pride in work and striving for excellence
- Experience with administering various systems and tools (advantageous but not essential)
- Understanding of Role-Based Access Control and the Principle of Least Privilege (advantageous but not essential)
