Business Systems & Integrations Manager (NetSuite)
London (hybrid, 2 days a week) | £60,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus
We are working with a fast-growing, purpose-led DTC brand that designs and sells beautiful physical products across ecommerce, retail and wholesale. As the business scales, they are looking for someone to take full ownership of the systems the whole company runs on.
The role
This is a genuine one-person function with real accountability. You will own NetSuite end-to-end and keep it cleanly connected to Shopify, the PLM and the WMS through integration middleware, while acting as the go-to person for day-to-day tech across the business.
- Administer and configure NetSuite across finance, inventory and operations - workflows, saved searches, roles and permissions, light SuiteScript
- Own and monitor integrations between NetSuite, middleware and the wider stack, and design new ones as tools are added
- Lead data migrations, clean-up projects and ongoing data integrity
- First point of contact for general IT support and external vendors, and owner of the cyber security roadmap
- Advise leadership on systems strategy, including the use of AI tools, as the business grows

What we are looking for
- Hands-on NetSuite administration experience (essential)
- Proven experience integrating an ERP with ecommerce (Shopify), PLM and WMS platforms
- Background in a physical product business - retail, wholesale or DTC - with an understanding of inventory, fulfilment and logistics
- Working knowledge of APIs and iPaaS / middleware tools (Patchworks a bonus)
- Experience managing data migrations and maintaining data integrity across systems
- Strong general IT troubleshooting skills and comfortable supporting non-technical colleagues
- Around 6-8 years in systems administration, ERP management or integration roles
- Someone who documents as they go, stays calm under pressure and enjoys the variety of a hands-on generalist role
