Role Overview
We are seeking a practical, hands-on individual to help build, document and improve the way WSCS operates. The successful candidate will own the development of our knowledge platform (HUDL), support the adoption of Odoo, document business processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help employees embrace new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the HUDL knowledge platform.
- Capture and document business processes, SOPs and work instructions.
- Support Odoo adoption by creating user guidance and training pathways.
- Work with departments to simplify and improve business processes.
- Maintain company documents, templates, forms and version control.
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and internal learning.
- Assist with ERP, manufacturing and organisational improvement projects.

- Structured and searchable company knowledge base.
- Core business processes documented and maintained.
- Successful adoption of Odoo across departments.
- Reduced reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes.
- Consistent training and onboarding materials.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems rather than simply talking about them.
Essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Process mapping and documentation experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident with business systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships across the business.

Desirable
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle or Sage).
- Knowledge of manufacturing, quality or continuous improvement.
- Experience creating SOPs, training material or knowledge bases.
- Exposure to Lean, ISO9001 or business analysis.

- Comfortable working on the factory floor and in the office.
- Self-motivated and adaptable.
