Business Systems Coordinator
Most coordinator roles keep you behind a desk. This one puts you right where the guest experience comes to life.
Think: New menu launches and promotions going live across the estate. Brand-new restaurant openings. Digital ordering channels running like clockwork, because you made sure they would.
I'm working with an iconic, fast-growing premium burger brand born in the US, and they're looking for two Business Systems Coordinators to join their UK team.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role sitting between Marketing, IT and Operations. You'll make sure the menus, digital channels and systems behind every guest order are accurate and run smoothly. You'll coordinate menu, pricing and promotional updates across digital and ordering channels. You'll test changes before they go live, track and follow up system issues with internal teams and external tech partners, and work with designers to roll out menu artwork across every restaurant. You'll also get stuck into new restaurant openings and product launches, and see your work come to life on the ground.

What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Are currently in a coordinator or executive-level role, looking to broaden your experience across systems, digital and operations
- Have experience in hospitality, retail, ecommerce, digital, project coordination or another fast-paced multi-site business
- Have excellent attention to detail and are confident with spreadsheets
- Enjoy learning new systems and technology
- Are organised, proactive and love taking ownership
- Communicate confidently with teams, partners and suppliers
- Are happy to work five days across a seven-day business, including some weekends

Experience with digital ordering, EPOS, ecommerce platforms, system admin or testing is a bonus, but not essential. Full training is provided.
